Powerful IP PBX Solutions for Small / Medium Enterprise
Anneal’s IP PBX solution is an embedded VoIP telephone system, which offers integrated voice and data applications for Small and Medium Enterprise users. Anneal’s IP PBX solution has quickly moved from traditional phone systems towards the newest VoIP / SIP networking technology and offers a great deal of calling features all-in-one system.
Anneal’s IP PBX can support PSTN and Internet broadband connectivity methods simultaneously or in any combination. Customers who are not quite ready to depend on VoIP providers for all of their business communications can start from traditional telephony usage and slowly gain a comfort level by shifting towards VoIP broadband providers at their own pace. Benefits of VoIP based IP PBX solutions include:
- Single Wiring System
The system will only need one wiring system for telephones and data — all data and voice networks can be connected on the same Local Area Network (LAN).
- Reduced Costs
IP PBX users can reduce cost in many areas of a business. When calls are routed over the Internet, long distance charges can be reduced and even be avoided by integrating voice calls over the same IP network. VoIP telephony can lower the cost of support and maintenance, as well as reduce telephony line costs by up to 50%.
- Remote Users
In businesses, remote workers can stay logged in to the office IP PBX system through a broadband connection and receive and originate calls at all times without incurring any additional charges. Extensions can also be set on “Follow Me” or on “Call Forward” mode by directing calls to a single destination, thus making office extensions extremely mobile and flexible.
- Investment Opportunity
VoIP technology, in particular, and Session Initiation Protocal (SIP) based VoIP products offers a great return on investment for businesses. The industry is rapidly moving towards Internet Protocal (IP) based communication technologies, thus making older digital and analog technologies more obsolete and replacable in today’s growing IP-based society.
- Centralized System Management
The use of system features such as voicemail, automated attendant, email, call detail records, and voice recording are all centralized in the IP PBX system, which simplifies all kinds of support and maintenance. Moving, adding, and changing the system is extremely simple, as it provides enhanced capabilities for users and managers to make changes without incurring additional costs.
- Web-Based Administration
System administration can be easily performed on the network through a Web-based management system.
