“Skype Me” Operation Procedures
1. Click “Skype Me” button to start a free call to AnNeal Technology Inc.

2. This service needs Skype software. If you haven’t installed Skype, please click the 「Get Skype」button on the AnNeal home page to download the Skype, or go to http://www.skype.com/intl/zh-Hant/download/skype/windows/ directly to download the software.
3. Please use your own Skype account to login. If you don’t have an account, please click the button 「Don’t have a Skype name?」to apply one.

4. After you clicked the “Skype Me”, the Skype software will pop-up a window shown as below. Please use drop down list (▼) to show the dial panel. Refer to
figure 1 for Skype 4.0, figure 2 for Skype 3.6

5. Once the dial panel is shown, you can dial the extension to talk to AnNeal personnel. For marketing department, please dial 59 or 10, for technical support, please dial 63.

6. This service uses AnNeal’s Skype account “anneal00006” for connection. If you experience problem during the dialing, please check if you have “anneal00006” in your contact list. If you do not find this account, use ‘Add a contact’ function, then ‘Find’ to get “anneal00006” on your contact list.
